Privacy Policy

AgentSteve is a personal AI assistant created and used exclusively by me (Steve). It connects to my own Gmail account to read, search, summarize, and send emails as part of my private workflow.

Data Collected

The application accesses:

• Email content, subject lines, sender and recipient information, timestamps, labels, and attachments
• Only from my personal Gmail account

How Data Is Used

All accessed email data is processed temporarily during active sessions to generate helpful responses. The data is sent to AI providers (Anthropic, xAI, OpenRouter) only for the purpose of answering my queries. No data is used for advertising, marketing, model training by third parties, or any commercial purpose.

Data Storage & Security

Email content is not stored permanently. OAuth tokens are kept securely on my private server. No public database or third-party cloud service holds my email data.

No Sharing

Your email information is never shared, sold, or transferred to any other person or organization.
